Unconventional Beauty
I am an unconventional beauty. I've accepted I'm not traditionally pretty. I used hemp because it looks like my hair.
Mom series
My mom was close to the veil. In Mormon terms it means between earth and heaven. I wanted to make a painting about her by a curtain with faces coming from the veil. Instead I decided to have her wear the curtain. She wore her spirituality around her all the time.
